Our firm represents both landlords and tenants in matters before the Landlord and Tenant Board of Ontario. From evictions (N4, N5, N12, etc.) to maintenance complaints (T6), illegal lockouts, and rent disputes, we handle all procedural steps including notice preparation, applications, mediation, and hearings. We work to resolve disputes effectively while ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
